Summary

This is a customized villa project in an approved layout by DTCP No: 01/2018 and 79/21. It consists of 68 villas, budget houses, and is located in the heart of the city, on Jaya Nagar 2nd Street, Karumandapam, Trichy-620001. It is strategically located off the Trichy-Dindigul highway, just 3.5 km from the Central bus station and railway junction. It is conveniently surrounded by supermarkets, retail shops, hospitals, famous schools, colleges and much more nearby neighborhoods.

Copious groundwater and Cauvery water connections are available at the project site. Our project contains infrastructures such as tar roads, drainage, street lights, children’s play space and a community park, with a total extent of 40,000 sq ft. Each villa will have a separate borewell with a motor and municipal water connection. There is a total compound wall for the entire project site and an individual compound wall for each villa. Villas can be customized according to the customer’s requirements.
